Inventory Sync lets you update Inventory values in your online store with the values in Xero


Introduction

You are able to update the inventory level of an item in Xero to all the stores where you have set the inventory sync option active.

This setting is set active in the store configuration under the section Inventory item configuration in your sync setup

When active, the information in Xero will be sent to all the stores you have set active where a Inventory Item with the matching Inventory Code is found

The inventory tracking must be activated in Xero for the item stock value in Xero to be updated in your online store.
The connection to your store must allow writing to the store information for this function to work.

Forcing an Inventory Sync

In addition to waiting for a synchronization to take place, you can force the synchronization to take place immediatly

This is done by choosing the Inventory option from the menu and selecting Sync Now

The inventory sync option must be active, together with the requirement that 1) the item tracking for the item must be switched on, 2) the item code must match the item code in the online store and 3) you mast have write permissions to the online store.

Logging into StoreXConnect

Once you have created a connection to StoreXConnect, you can sign into your account by returning to the StoreXConnect website at www.storexconnect.com.

You are also able to access StoreXConnected by clocking on the nine dots in the top right corner of the Xero screen (after you have logged in) and selecting sxc as one of your connected apps
