Intro

StoreXConnect alles you to synchronise your store to your Xero tennant. Currently StoreXConnect allows you to link WooCommerce and BigCommerce online store fronts to your Xero account.

StoreXConnect allows you to connect many stores to one Xero account. You do this by configuring a connection to your Xero account from the store within StoreXConnect. You then manage each of these connections from within StoreXConnect and determine how the integration should take place between the systems.

You are also able to manage multiple Xero accounts from your StoreXConnect access. This allows users with multiple Xero accounts as well as accountants to configure all the Xero subscriptions they have access to from one page.

StoreXConnect allows the user to configure the workflow and rules to apply to orders converted into invoices within Xero. This allows flexibility in determining how the systems should interact.

StoreXConnect also has the ability to synchronize stock levels from Xero to the Online store as well as create product recipes allowing the user to have the purchase of one product in the on line store create an invoice for multiple products within Xero.

Data Handling Principle

StoreXConnect follows a principle of storing minimal customer information within the system. Customer information should be contained within the Online store system, or the Xero financial system. StoreXConnect acts as an integration layer between the systems keeping as little information as possible.

Access

StoreXConnect uses the account information and login mechanisms of Xero. The user password is never stored within StoreXConnect. When logging into StoreXConnect, the user is redirected to Xero where the user must log in. When the user successfully logs into Xero, the user is redirected to StoreXConnect to work within StoreXConnect.

Payment

StoreXConnect has a simple month to month payment model based on the number of stores connected to your Xero organization.
