Basic Layout
Once logged in you will be presented with the Xero dashboard. The dashboard is the central point to configure your store connections.
Title Bar
The title bar contains the current Xero organization you are working on. If you linked more than one organization, you will see each organization you linked in the title bar.
To change the organization, click on the down arrow to see the other organizations linked to your account that you have connected to StoreXConnect.
Left Menu Bar
The left menu bar is divided into four sections ...
- 1. The top section gives you access to the main dashboard as well as access to different reports to view transactions that have been processed through the system
- 2. The interfaces section provides access to the Inventory sync button. When setting up the inventory synchronization function, the system will periodically synchronise your Xero inventory levels with the connected stores. You can manually override this periodic synchronization by navigating to the inventory option and choosing Sync Now
- 3. The Store Connections section contains all the store connections you have created. The section Is used to create a new connection as well as configure the connection. This section also contains the payments sectioned used to activate your connection for synchronization to take place.
- 4. The Xero Connections section is used to manage your connection to Xero. This section allows you delete the Xero the current Xero connection (to the Xero organization selected above), add another Xero organization, or to log out.
Dashboard
Once you have created a connection to StoreXConnect, you can sign into your account by returning to the StoreXConnect website at www.storexconnect.com.
You are also able to access StoreXConnected by clocking on the nine dots in the top right corner of the Xero screen (after you have logged in) and selecting sxc as one of your connected apps
